Each sent E-Mail to your Hotmail address, you can use a signature to insert automatically. We will show you how to do this.

1. Log in to online in the Hotmail interface.
2. Click the Gear Icon in the upper right corner and select "options".
3. Under the Heading "E-Mail" you will find the option "Format, Font, and signature".
4. In the lower text box, you can specify a signature to your E-Mails. With the displayed options, select your Text bold, or change the font size.
5. With the "Save" to confirm your Changes.
