Before Resetting the iPhone, please make sure that the battery was fully charged and on your PC for the latest Version of iTunes is installed.

Step 1
Launch iTunes on your PC and connect the iPhone via the data cable to the computer. Wait a moment, to your iPhone from iTunes has been detected.
