Letter template into OpenDocument letter template into OpenDocument A letter template is useful if you do not each time the sender, the recipient and formatting wish to create. To create the template with OpenDocument:
  • Open OpenDocument and select in the menu bar "file" > "add printer wizard" > "letter...".
  • In the administrative window decide for business letter, formal private correspondence or a private letter. You can also select a theme. This can be "Elegant" or "Modern" or even a formal office Layout. Then at the bottom click on "Continue".
  • Do you have business stationery decided, you can, in a further step, your Logo place, and the addresses of align.
  • In addition, set by means of the Checkbox to specify which elements are to be printed. You have the choice between Logo, sender's address in the Kuvertfenster, Briefzeichen, subject line, greeting, Marking, salutation, and footer.
  • Then, you set sender and recipient.
  • With a click on "Next" to give your template a name and specify the location. On the "finish" Button to finish the work on the template.
