TeamViewer does not connect - you can do it

  • First of all, check whether the Software on both Windows PCs are properly installed and started.
  • You may TeamViewer blocked by the Firewall. Therefore, make sure that the programs of both computer can access the Internet.
  • Make sure that you are the right Partner ID and the corresponding password have been entered correctly.
  • In addition, the point of "remote control" is selected.
