To do this, open the settings.- Select your Account under "accounts", and then click on "remove account". If you have multiple Google accounts on your device configured, make sure that you have the right account for you.
- Then, log on with the deleted account on your mobile phone.
- Now you can choose in the settings of the menu item "Apps" and tap on the Google-Play-Store App.
- Select "delete data" and "empty Cache". Perform this step also at the "Google services Framework" and the "Download Manager".
- Start to the completion of the procedure, your Android Phone is new.
