There are several variants of how to change your password, the following instructions, you can, however, without a great tool to perform:- Open Cydia on your iPhone or iPad, and look for the application "Mobile Terminal".
- Have you found, tap the top right on the Button "Install". Then start the application.
- You will now see a black console. First, type "su" and confirm with the [Enter]key (Return).
- Then you for the Root password. This is, by default, "Alpine". Confirm with "Return".
- So the password can change, type "passwd" and confirm with "Return".
- Now type the new password. Remember it or write it. Confirm once again the "Return" the password has been changed. You are now better against attacks from the outside protected.
