- SCM off under Windows SCM off under Windows
- Go to "Run" from the start menu.
- Type in "msconfig" in the input field and press [Enter].
- Confirm the warning of the Windows user account control.
- Go to the services Tab and remove the tick in the "System Control Manager". You must also under "startup" to do.
- In order for the Changes to take effect, you must have the PC finally reboot.
