If you create a Screenshot, you can instead of the whole screen, only a portion of the image. How does this work, we show you in this guide.

  1. The easiest way to work the Record of a particular image section with the "Snipping Tool"in Windows is pre-installed.
  2. You can find the program "Start -> accessories -> Snipping Tool".
  3. Alternatively, you can also simply press the Windows key and after "Snipping Tool" search.
  4. Over the arrow next to the "New" button, you have the choice between the options "Clear cut", "Rectangular SNiP", "window cut" and "full-screen SNiP".
  5. Usually, you can achieve with Rectangular cut the best results, because of the free choice of irregular borders arise. Select the desired Option and then click "New".
  6. Select with the mouse the area of the screen from which you want to take a Screenshot.
  7. You see your neck then in a preview. On the tab "file", you can select the image to the folder you wish to save. As a Format JPEG, GIF, PNG, and MHT to choose from.
