iPhone to re-setup - So it goes
You have persistent problems with your iPhone, it often helps, the iOS device to set up. With iTunes, it's child's play: you can either have a Backup of import, or, if that does not help your iPhone to factory reset.

1. With iTunes, iPhone to re-setup

When Re-setting up the iPhone to its factory default settings, the operating system (iOS) reloaded and (if you want), you can start your Backup on the device to reload. A SIM card inserted is, however, absolutely necessary.
  • Launch iTunes and connect your iPhone via USB cable, or via WLAN to the PC/Mac.
  • Select the device in iTunes (on the right in the top menu bar)
  • If necessary, create first a current Backup of the iPhone with the Button “backup Now”.
  • Then click on the Button “iPhone restore”.
  • Confirm the message with “Restore to”.
  • Follow the instructions from iTunes.

2. iPhone Backup restore

The device was reset successfully, you need to decide whether you want the iPhone from your Backup want to restore. Please note, that this way is often enough to solve problems.
  • Unlock them first, your SIM card.
  • Follow the instructions on the iPhone.
  • Select on the iPhone From iTunes Backup restore” and click “Next”.
  • Connect the iPhone again with the PC/Mac.
  • In iTunes, select the point “Of this Backup, restore your Backup (usually the most recent) and click on “Continue”.
  • Wait until the process is completed.

3. iPhone reset to factory default settings

Should the above-mentioned approach your Problem is not solved, you can try the iPhone to factory settings. This is the factory default setting is restored. All personal settings, Apps, music, photos, etc. will be lost and need to be reloaded.
  • Follow the steps under point 1 again.
  • Follow the instructions on the iPhone.
  • In iTunes, select the point “As a new iPhone configure” and click on “Continue”.
