Two-factor authentication for Linkedin set up
by Using this type of authentication, you will receive when you Login to a new device or Browser a Code by SMS to be sent to confirm your identity. So your account is protected even if someone has your password cracking.
- Open the Linkedin website and log in to your Account.
- Click at the top right of your profile image and select in the menu the item "privacy & settings".
- Then at the bottom left of the category "account" and select the Option "manage security settings".
- Under the Heading "Two-stage Review for the login" go to "Enable".
- Enter your mobile phone number and confirm with the Button "Code send".
- Then tap the received Code in the Browser and click on "Code review". The Two-factor authentication is now enabled.
