2015 Sociael This is a tilt rotor technology demonstration vehicle called ProjectZero and was developed by AgustaWestland, a European helicopter company. Surprisingly it isn’t a concept, it flies secretly since June, 2011, as the first flights were in Agusta Westland’s Cascina Costa facility in Italy.
