Step 1: Calibre-library of Ebooks secure

- Start the program Calibre on your computer.
- Click in the menu bar, click the name of your library. In most cases the "Calibre Library".
- Select the point "Bibliiothek change/create new".
- In the next dialog window you will see the path in which your library is located.
- Open an Explorer window and navigate to the folder.
- You can now have the entire folder "Calibre Library" copy and in a different place back up. Best to move the data to a Backup disk or a USB Stick.
Calibre-to restore library
Now you can secure library to another PC or to restore it:- Move the backed up folder on your Computer. Best to choose the Desktop or the documents folder.
- Now you can open Calibre and click again in the menu bar, click the name of your library.
- Select the item "library change/create new".
- Put a tick in "To another, already existing library to another place to go".
- Select the point "New place" the backed up folder.
- With a click on "OK" invites Calibre of the library from the new folder, and you have the backup successfully restored.
